B&B Quinta with 7 Ensuites for Sale in Boliqueime, Algarve

This Old Quinta has been carefully restored by its’ present owner. It is a place which we do not come across very often anymore, very authentic and in a lovely rural setting. The restauration work has been carried out with lots of love of the Portuguese rustic style, many original details have been kept.

The accommodation comprises: 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, and all with exterior access. Then there is a family room for 4 guests: two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, also with direct access from outside. Furthermore there is a one bedroom apartment: with an open space kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with shower room en suite and a lovely terrace, for private use of the guests, in front of the apartment. The caretakers house comprises a large kitchen with dining table and fabulous views from the kitchen sink, a guest wc, a cosy sitting room with wood burner and a small bedroom/office all on the ground level. Up the stairs there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite. From the kitchen there is also access to a large terrace from where there are lovely views.

Without taking into account the caretakers accommodation, the B&B can host a maximum of 12 people and 2 people in the one bedroom apartment. So 14 people in total.

On the first floor there is a lovely large terrace, where the current owner serves breakfast. Here is also a large area for use of all guests, with a kitchen, a large sitting area and a wood burner.

The garden has many lovely sitting areas, and traditional features, such as the cisterna, the BBQ area and some fruit trees. In case you would like to have a larger garden, the land behind the property can eventually be bought separately, this is approximately 10.000m2

The property is set in a small village in the country side, just north of Vilamoura, so access to beaches and golf courses is guaranteed, but also a great place to start your hikes in the hinterland! The B&B is up and running and is sold including the website and booking system, so all perfectly ready for you to step into as the new host!

The property is in immaculate condition, ready to move into!
